HAOMEI is able to produce continuously 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The cooperation between Alwo and Haomei can easily meet the growing needs of the various sectors that use extruded aluminum.
Capacity
The annual capacity of Haomei is more than 150,000 tons.
Anodizing plant
Haomei has 4 anodizing lines with a length of up to 12 meters.
Powder coating
Haomei has 7 lines for powder coating with length up to 7 meters.

1990
HAOMEI Group was established in 1990 in Dali City, Nanhai County, Foshan Province.
2005
In 2005, the new plant in Qingyuan was put into operation.
2009
Four years later, in 2009, a plant for windows, doors and facades called Bucalus was added to the group to meet the growing market demand in this area.
2010
In 2010, the Lightweight Automotive Division was created.
2015
2017
In 2015, a large plant for all mechanical manufacturing was established with Keijan.
Subsequently - in 2017 - Jingmei, the Group's largest plant, was opened for the mass production of special hard aluminum alloys.

HAOMEI-plant

The HAOMEI plant, which has been in operation since 2005, includes a billet manufacturing facility with 8 lines that especially produce alloys 6060, 6061, 6061A, 6063, 6082, 6005, 6005A. Today, the plant covers a total area of about 1,000,000 m², of which about 550,000 m² are covered.
Production is highly automated and the main areas are computer controlled. State-of-the-art technologies and production systems from Japan, Taiwan, the United States as well as Europe guarantee the highest quality.

HAOMEI covers the entire production process of extruded aluminum. From the casting of billets, through the production of tools, the extrusion of profiles, as well as anodizing and powder coating, to further mechanical processing.
