HAOMEI is able to produce continuously 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The cooperation between Alwo and Haomei can easily meet the growing needs of the various sectors that use extruded aluminum.

Capacity

The annual capacity of Haomei is more than 150,000 tons.

Anodizing plant

Haomei has 4 anodizing lines with a length of up to 12 meters.

Powder coating

Haomei has 7 lines for powder coating with length up to 7 meters.

Timetable

1990

HAOMEI Group was established in 1990 in Dali City, Nanhai County, Foshan Province.

2005

In 2005, the new plant in Qingyuan was put into operation.

2009

Four years later, in 2009, a plant for windows, doors and facades called Bucalus was added to the group to meet the growing market demand in this area.

2010

In 2010, the Lightweight Automotive Division was created.

2015

2017

In 2015, a large plant for all mechanical manufacturing was established with Keijan.

Subsequently - in 2017 - Jingmei, the Group's largest plant, was opened for the mass production of special hard aluminum alloys.

HAOMEI-plant

The HAOMEI plant, which has been in operation since 2005, includes a billet manufacturing facility with 8 lines that especially produce alloys 6060, 6061, 6061A, 6063, 6082, 6005, 6005A. Today, the plant covers a total area of about 1,000,000 m², of which about 550,000 m² are covered.
Production is highly automated and the main areas are computer controlled. State-of-the-art technologies and production systems from Japan, Taiwan, the United States as well as Europe guarantee the highest quality.

HAOMEI covers the entire production process of extruded aluminum. From the casting of billets, through the production of tools, the extrusion of profiles, as well as anodizing and powder coating, to further mechanical processing.

Foundry and casting

The production has 4 lines for billet production with vertical "hot spot" technology, 4 horizontal homogenizing furnaces and 1 degassing and inline filtration system.

In addition to the main alloys of the 6xxx series, the alloys in the 2xxx and 7xxx range are also produced. The mechanical properties of these alloys offer the possibility to replace certain steel components in various industries.

Die development

HAOMEI has its own die development.
On an area of > 20.000m² all pressing tools are manufactured and serviced in-house.

Over 100,000 active dies are available for production.

Profile extrusion

The annual production is around 150,000 tons. More than 40 active lines are available for these purposes:

1 press with 4.000 tons
1 press with 3.600 tons
2 presses with 2.500 tons
5 presses with 1.800 tons
8 presses with 1.500 tons
9 presses with 1.250 tons
12 presses with 1.000 tons
4 direct presses with 600 tons

The technology is based on Chinese, Japanese, Taiwanese and American technologies.

Anodising

The anodizing treatment is developed on 7 lines of the latest generation.

The lines enable the production of a wide variety of surfaces in the highest quality and color stability.

The entire area consists of 188 basins with a maximum length of 12,000 mm and 31 current rectifiers with a total capacity of 60,000 A.

Powder coating

The area for epoxy and/or polyester painting includes 7 lines, 5 are vertical and 2 horizontal.

Each line can be used individually. They can be used for painting as well as for electrophoresis or PVDF treatment. The maximum length of the profiles to be painted is 12 meters for the horizontal lines and 7 meters for the vertical lines.

All lines are fully computerized and use Swiss or Italian technologies.
